I recently ordered from this florist and I am thoroughly impressed. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, fresh, and vibrant They looked even better than in the photos. Both arrangements I received were of excellent quality and stayed fresh for a long time. The entire ordering and transaction process was smooth, seamless, and effortless from start to finish. I live out of state and found Little Peony Florist online, so I wasn't sure how it would be. I was extremely happy with the arrangement and was impressed by the service as well. The flowers were delivered within hours of placing the order, and I received a photo before delivery to make sure I was happy with it. I also received a message confirming delivery was made. I have placed many flower orders over the years and I have to say this was by far the best service I ever received. I recommend them highly.

The customer service with this company is the best I have ever seen for any business (and I am a business owner!), place an order and you will see what I mean. A confirmation email, a text of their instagram page to see examples, great website, clear explanation of costs, written communication when the order is complete with a photo so you can see what you are sending, a message when delivery is on the was and lastly a final notice when your item was delivered! Who else does this?!?!?!?!?

The flowers I ordered were beautiful. I could not be more happy with how they turned out. I chose “Designer’s Choice” and they were perfect. They were sent to a friend whose father had just passed and she was thrilled to receive them. Everything with this shop went smoothly and I will use them again In the future.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
