In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Hand-designed in our studio and delivered by our local drivers across Orange County.
Same-day delivery: order by 2 PM, Monday – Friday, subject to availability. Later orders go out the next delivery day.
Delivery days: Monday – Friday. Deliveries go out at 11 AM. We do not deliver on weekends.
Delivery fee: based on distance and shown at checkout.
Address: please make sure the delivery address is complete and correct, including apartment or suite number. For gated communities, please enter the gate code at checkout, or add Little Peony Florist to the gate’s guest list.
Recipient’s phone: please enter the recipient’s phone number, not your own. We only contact the recipient if there is a delivery issue, such as needing a gate code or no answer at the door, or to let them know their flowers have been left at the door.
Not home? We leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot and let the recipient know.
Timed or rush delivery: these may have an additional charge. We will do our best to meet a requested time, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Re-delivery fee: if we have to bring an order back to our shop or deliver it again, a re-delivery fee will be charged.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Email a photo of the arrangement and the issue to littlepeonyflorist@gmail.com, or call or text (949) 490-0401.
Once we confirm the issue, we will offer a full or partial refund or a replacement arrangement, based on your preference. Refunds go back to the original payment method and do not include delivery fees.
For a replacement, please return the original arrangement. Replacements are based on availability and will match the value of the original.
This policy does not cover problems caused by handling after delivery. Every arrangement comes with care instructions, and keeping the flowers fresh after delivery is the recipient’s responsibility.
Flower colors may vary slightly because flowers are natural and seasonal.
